David Carroll is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Renewables Officer of ENGIE North America, where he leads one of the nation’s largest clean energy platforms at a moment of unprecedented electricity demand growth and energy system transformation.
In this role, Carroll oversees ENGIE’s full renewable energy portfolio across the United States and Canada, including utility-scale wind and solar, and battery storage. He oversees projects from early development and engineering through construction and operations and leads the company’s core business functions across the region.
ENGIE North America employs about 2,000 people, with $19 billion in capital invested across operations in 11 states and more than 100 communities.
Carroll brings more than 15 years of experience building and scaling renewable energy businesses. Over the course of his career, he has led teams that have delivered more than 20 gigawatts of renewable energy projects worldwide, spanning wind, solar, biomass, biogas and energy storage.
Since joining ENGIE in 2020, Carroll has played a central role in accelerating the company’s growth in North America, expanding its portfolio, strengthening partnerships with leading commercial and industrial customers, and positioning ENGIE as a trusted provider of reliable, low-cost clean power.
Under his leadership, ENGIE continues to deliver integrated energy solutions that support the rapid expansion of data centers, advanced manufacturing, and electrification across the U.S.
Carroll is widely recognized as a leader in the North American power sector. In 2026, he was appointed Chair of the Board of Directors for the American Clean Power Association,
where he works with industry leaders to advance policies and market solutions that strengthen grid reliability, drive investment, and expand access to affordable clean energy.

Martin Sieh serves as Managing Director, North America LEI / Campuses, where he leads ENGIE’s campus and cogeneration business activities across the region. In this role, he oversees partnerships with institutions including Ohio State University, University of Iowa, Georgetown University, Longwood, and the broader North America campuses and Cogeneration business activities.
Martin brings more than 20 years of leadership experience at ENGIE, with a strong background in operational management and customer focused service delivery across global and North American businesses. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles including CEO of RED Engineering’s global MEP activities within Tractebel, Chief Operating Officer of ENGIE Impact’s global sustainability services, and Chief Operating Officer of ENGIE Insight / Ecova, North America’s leader in utility bill management, energy procurement and sustainability services.
His deep operational expertise supports continuity and disciplined execution across ENGIE’s LEI activities in North America.

Anne-Laure Chassanite is our Managing Director within Supply (SEM) in North America.
Anne-Laure joined ENGIE in 2007, holding positions such as SAP Project Manager and Desk Manager for GDF Suez. Subsequently, she led the Retail Market West area and then took on leadership of the Operation and Maintenance area for GrDF. She joined ENGIE North America as VP Power Supply, with her most recent role being Managing Director for Storengy UK.
With these critical assignments and a master’s degree in Law from Science Po Paris, Anne-Laure has more than 17 years of experience in our sector. She is an expert in the value chain in Europe and the United States, supporting the international development of the business with the implementation of best market intelligence practices.

Barnabé joined ENGIE in 2008 after co‑founding FOODSTERBOX, a food delivery startup in Belgium. At ENGIE Retail Belgium, he held roles in marketing, strategy, and analysis & planning from 2008 to 2014.
He then participated in ENGIE’s Financial Boarding Program in 2014–2015 and subsequently joined BU Generation Europe. From 2016 to 2018, he oversaw financial reporting activities before taking on leadership of the Business Control team, a position he held until 2021.
From 2022 to 2023, Barnabé served as Performance Manager for the Flex Gen & Retail global business unit in Paris before becoming VP Finance Latam, FlexGen in Santiago. He most recently served as Deputy CFO for ENGIE North America.
With 18 years of experience at ENGIE — 12 of which have been within Finance — Barnabé has developed deep expertise across financial governance, performance management, and business strategy, supporting ENGIE’s operations across Europe and the Americas.

Narsimha Misra is the Chief Executive Officer of EEMNA within Supply & Energy Management in North America. He joined ENGIE as part of our Broad Reach Power acquisition and assumed his role as CEO in January 2024. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Broad Reach Power.
Narsimha brings over 30 years of power industry experience in providing strategic vision and operational guidance to the Trading and Marketing team at ENGIE North America. Narsimha has worked in the Power and Gas sector throughout his career, holding leadership roles in trading, marketing, risk management, and structured products at firms including NVEnergy, Enron, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse.

Carolyn Whiteman is Chief Human Resources Officer for ENGIE North America and a member of the North America Leadership Team. She is based in Houston, Texas.
Carolyn brings more than 20 years of global HR leadership experience, partnering with senior leaders to align people strategy with business priorities, lead organizational change, and build inclusive, high‑performing organizations. Most recently, she held several senior HR leadership roles at LyondellBasell, including Head of Global Talent Acquisition, where she led a global organization, standardized operations across regions, launched early‑career and executive recruiting programs, and delivered operational efficiencies.
Earlier in her career, Carolyn held senior HR leadership roles at Alcon, supporting global manufacturing and quality organizations, and spent more than a decade at Shell in HR leadership roles across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Her experience spans talent and succession planning, change management, and enterprise transformation.

Rosemarie Bisseling is our interim Chief Human Resources Officer for North America.
She joined ENGIE after an extensive career in management consulting, where she spent 11 years focusing on change, performance and organizational development. Rosemarie later held several senior HR leadership roles within ENGIE, including Chief Human Resource & Communication Officer for the Flexible Generation & Retail global business unit, CHRO for MESSCAT, and Head of HR for ENGIE Netherlands.
In March 2025, Rosemarie assumed her current role as Vice President, Human Resources for Local Energy Infrastructure (LEI) – Rest of the World and became a member of ENGIE’s HR Executive Committee. Her global experience spans AMEA and Europe, bringing deep expertise in organizational development and strategic HR leadership.

Will Davis leads the legal and government and regulatory affairs functions for the North America Region, including ethics, privacy, and compliance. He joined ENGIE in 2011 as Senior Counsel in the Generation Group. He became the North America General Counsel in 2017 and is the lead lawyer in the North America Hub. He has been practicing law in the energy sector for over 21 years, initially as an associate at Hunton & Williams and Paul Hastings, both in Washington, D.C., and later at SunCoke Energy, Inc., formerly a subsidiary of Sunoco.

Oumar Ndoye is our GBS North Am Country Lead & Head of GBS HR Americas. His career within ENGIE spans 19 years, and previously, Oumar oversaw Integration and Transformation for ENGIE North America.
Oumar brings his business and IT expertise in the gas, thermal and renewable sectors to ENGIE. Additionally, he has worked in many other sectors such as high technology, steel industry and transport. He has significant experience in private and public sectors, as well as leadership roles in civic and non-profit organizations. Oumar is a graduate Engineer and PhD in Industrial Systems Engineering from French Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers.

Ouss brings more than 15 years of global experience in information systems, digital transformation, and data strategy to ENGIE. He has held key roles across ENGIE’s businesses, driving major advancements in cloud platforms, data architecture, cybersecurity governance, and enterprise analytics.
Since joining ENGIE, Ouss has led the region’s IT, digital, and data strategy. He has scaled a cloud‑first digital ecosystem used across North America, strengthened technology governance, and accelerated the adoption of AI and data‑driven capabilities.
Ouss has a master’s degrees in Information Systems Engineering and Software Engineering, and offers deep expertise in building collaborative, high‑performing teams and aligning digital innovation with ENGIE’s strategic and operational priorities. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
